As a Kitchen Trainer, you help the team grow and ensure quality in the kitchen:

The Shift Leader supports the team (front and back of house) and guides them to deliver a high-quality experience to our customers. You keep an eye on productivity while making sure the team feels good. You act as the host of the restaurant, bringing the New York vibe to life every day and setting the tone. That’s how you attract new customers and keep regulars coming back to Manhattn’s.
As a Shift Leader, you coordinate the shift and keep the restaurant running smoothly on the ground:
- You lead the team during service
- You manage priorities and pace
- You step in where needed, in both front and back of house
- You make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish
👉 Possible evolution to Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager is the right hand of the Store Manager. You support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the restaurant, from team management to overall operations. You work as a duo with a shared goal: building a happy, productive team to achieve the best results. You are the point of contact when the Restaurant Manager is not there.
As an Assistant Manager, you take part in running the restaurant alongside the manager:
- You lead the team on a daily basis
- You track performance (sales, costs, quality)
- You help organize schedules and operations
- You contribute to developing the team

The Restaurant General Manager supports the team on a daily basis. You carry the ultimate responsibility: working with us to drive the success of Manhattn’s. By motivating your team (managers, kitchen and front-of-house), you directly contribute to the restaurant’s performance. You are the guardian of our concept as well as our people. You enjoy human interaction, keep an eye on productivity while ensuring team well-being, and guide the team to deliver a high-quality customer experience. You are the captain of the ship. And since no one works alone at Manhattn’s, you are supported by your District Manager, to whom you report performance, as well as by the other restaurant managers.
As a Restaurant General Manager, you are responsible for your restaurant from A to Z:
